The mission of the FASVM is to “train undergraduates, postgraduates, scientific researches and technology transfers in the fields of animal science and veterinary medicine in order to serve socio-economic development and international integration for the Midlands and Northern mountainous areas in the country”.

By 2030, FASVM will be one of the leading centers in the country in training and conducting scientific research regarding to animal science and veterinary medicine field.

Providing highly qualified human resources in the field of animal science and veterinary medicine who have good expertise, and relevant soft skills; leadership ability to meet the demand of the labor market and international integration ability.
